Paul Fabian, COO, CFO, and Board Vice Chair
Paul is the Embedded SW Engineering Manager at Banner Engineering, a global leader in industrial automation. Paul graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Computer Science and a BS in Computer Engineering and has over 30 years of experience within the medical, industrial and communications industries. One highlight of his career was leading the development of a patient-worn cardiovascular monitor that automatically collected and transmitted physiological information to the cloud.
Paul was a WfG founding co-president.
Paul has been an ardent supporter of nonprofits that provide support to homeless and women’s health initiatives. Paul lives in Golden Valley, MN with his wife and son visiting his daughter in Madison, WI often. His favorite Cedar Rapids Washington memory was winning the band director’s award his senior year.
